There is a D-Link DCS-3320 webcam set up at the space.

It's a re-badged Vivotek camera that supports single screenshots as well as live video at up to 30fps via a custom ActiveX control. Looking at the network traffic as well as a string dump of the ActiveX control (VatDec.cab), it looks like this camera supports RTSP internally and the ActiveX plugin is just an RTSP viewer.


It would be great to get this camera's protocol figured out so that it may be accessed through standard video software such as ffmpeg and VLC.
